I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the sign-in screen. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check spam/junk, then contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If purchased in-app, cancel via your Apple/Google subscription settings. If purchased on the web, email support and we’ll guide you based on your checkout method.
My payment failed—how can I fix it?
Try updating your payment method or using a different card. If you continue seeing errors, email support with the exact message you see.
